Use your arm to support the upper handle in a natural position.

1 | With your feet shoulder width apart, use your arm to support the upper handle in a natural position.

Lightly guide this section with your fingers.

2 | Lightly guide the lower handle with your fingers for fluid motion. Do not grip the lower handle tightly as this will restrict movement.

3 | Turn the machine by guiding the lower handle with your fingers.

4 | Push DRYFT across your body then into a wide swing.

5 | Guide DRYFT back across your body again, creating an S formation.

Repeat these steps, this technique will soon become fluid and effortless within minutes of practice.
