Most faults can be rectified remotely, if you encounter any issues, send photos and/or videos of the fault to [email protected] and provide as much detail as possible. A member of our warranty team will guide you through a remote repair.

If the fault cannot be rectified remotely, please follow the instructions in this booklet and return the unit, carefully packaged with freight prepaid, to your original supplier.

Your supplier will inspect the item and liaise directly with our warranty team. If the issue is caused by a defect in workmanship, assembly or materials, your supplier will repair or replace the unit without charge, with return freight prepaid

Your warranty will be void if you: • Make alterations to the product. • Mistreat, mishandle or misuse the product. • Use third party accessories, e.g non-genuine floor pads
